You must provide accurate account information and maintain credential security. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must promptly notify us of unauthorized access.

You agree not to use VIVE Pro for any unlawful or abusive purpose, including:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
• Generate misleading or fraudulent advertisements
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, defame, or discriminate against any person or group
• Create content promoting violence, weapons, or illegal substances

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit or generate. You grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. You authorize recurring billing for your selected plan. Taxes, fees, and billing details are handled through our payment providers and applicable plan terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal risk, abuse, or security concerns. You may stop using the Service at any time and close your account in Settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. If changes are material, we will provide notice before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
