VIVE AI, Inc. takes your privacy rights seriously. Use this form to submit a request under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other applicable privacy laws. Consumers, employees, job applicants, contractors, and authorized agents may all submit requests through this page.
We will acknowledge your request by email as soon as we receive it and respond within the 45-day window required by CCPA (extendable by up to 45 additional days with notice). If you represent another person as an authorized agent, please complete the agent section below so we can verify your authority before releasing any personal information.
