Data Deletion Instructions

Overview

VIVE AI, Inc. ("VIVE Pro", vivepros.com) respects your right to delete your personal data. There are three ways to request deletion: an immediate self-serve flow inside your account, a verifiable privacy request form for non-account holders and authorized agents, and a direct email to our privacy team. We complete every verified request within the timelines required by CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, and other applicable privacy laws.

Path 1 – Self-serve in your account

If you have a VIVE Pro account, you can permanently delete it from your account settings without contacting support.

  1. Sign in to vivepros.com.
  2. Open the Settings page from your account menu.
  3. Scroll to the "Danger Zone" and click "Delete account".
  4. Type DELETE to confirm. The action is final and cannot be undone.

When you confirm, we immediately revoke and delete the OAuth access and refresh tokens we hold for every connected platform (Google, Google Business, Google Ads, Google LSA, Meta / Facebook / Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Yelp, Microsoft Ads, Nextdoor), cancel any active Stripe subscription, delete your videos, captions, scheduled posts, campaigns, and review data, and queue your Supabase auth identity for permanent deletion. Encrypted backups age out automatically within 30 days.

Path 2 – Submit a privacy request

If you do not have a VIVE Pro account (for example, your information ended up in our system because a business that uses VIVE Pro added it), or if you are an authorized agent, parent, or legal guardian acting on someone's behalf, please use our verifiable privacy request form. We respond to every verified request within 45 days, as required by CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, and other applicable laws.

Path 3 – Email us directly

If you cannot use the in-app flow or the privacy request form, email our privacy team. Use the subject line "Data deletion request" and include the email address or business name you signed up with so we can locate your records. We will reply within 45 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile, login, and contact information.
  • OAuth access and refresh tokens for every connected platform (Google, Google Business, Google Ads, Google LSA, Meta / Facebook / Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Yelp, Microsoft Ads, Nextdoor).
  • Generated videos, captions, drafts, and uploaded source media.
  • Scheduled posts, ad campaigns, review replies, and notifications.
  • Your Supabase auth identity (the email and password or social login you use to access VIVE Pro).
  • Any active Stripe subscription is canceled immediately.

What we retain (and why)

  • A short audit log noting that an account was deleted, with no personal content. We use it to reconcile billing and detect abuse.
  • Anonymized, aggregate usage metrics that cannot be reconnected to you.
  • Records required by tax, accounting, fraud, or other applicable law (typically up to 7 years).
  • Encrypted backups that age out automatically within 30 days.

About connected platforms (Meta, Google, Yelp, Microsoft)

When you delete your VIVE Pro account or disconnect an integration, we revoke and delete the OAuth tokens we stored for that platform. We cannot delete content that lives on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, Yelp, or Microsoft on your behalf — that data is controlled by those platforms. To delete data they hold, use their own tools (for example, Meta Account Center, Google's My Activity / Takeout / account deletion, Yelp account settings, or Microsoft account settings).

Response timeline

In-app self-serve deletions are processed immediately. Email or form-based requests are answered within 45 days, as required by law (extendable up to an additional 45 days with notice). Encrypted backups containing your data age out automatically within 30 days of deletion.
