Is the Starter plan really free?
Yes. Starter is free forever — no credit card, no trial expiry. You get review monitoring, one ready-to-post video each month, and the dashboard. Upgrade only when you want more videos or want OwnersPal to reply and post for you.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Paid plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime from your account. If you cancel mid-month, the plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Does OwnersPal take a cut of my ad budget?
No. When you run ads, your budget is charged directly by Meta, Google, or TikTok to your own ad account. OwnersPal never collects, holds, or marks up your ad spend. The price on your OwnersPal plan is the only thing we bill you for.
Your ad account, your control.
You connect your existing Meta / Google / TikTok ad account (or create one in two minutes). OwnersPal manages campaigns inside it, with the permissions you grant. You can revoke access at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Go to My Plan and choose Manage subscription to cancel in Stripe. If you ever pause or cancel OwnersPal, your ad accounts, audiences, and any unspent budget remain entirely yours. OwnersPal never owes the ad platforms anything on your behalf.
Do I have to approve things before they go live?
By default, yes. New videos, replies, and Google Business posts wait for your thumbs-up over WhatsApp or email. Once you trust the system, you can switch on auto-approve for any category. Either way, nothing is permanent — you can edit or delete anything.
Are you posting on my behalf?
By default, no. You keep control. We give you a ready ad, a caption, and one-click links to post. If posting integrations are enabled later, you can connect or disconnect them anytime.
Is this safe?
We store only what is needed to run your account and create ads. We do not sell your data. Access is protected with secure sign-in and server-side checks.
Do you store my social accounts?
Only if you explicitly connect them. Tokens are stored server-side and can be revoked by disconnecting. We never expose account credentials in the browser.
What languages does OwnersPal work in?
English, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian, Turkish, Hindi, and Simplified Chinese — for both the dashboard and the content we write for your customers. If we don't speak one of your customers' languages yet, tell us and we'll add it.
Where does my data live and who can see it?
Your data is stored in the United States and is only visible to your account. OwnersPal staff don't read your reviews, leads, or messages unless you ask us to look at something. You can export everything or request deletion at any time from the Privacy page.
